Ladies at reception are lovely - however the man that works there is RUDE & obnoxious ! You don’t know what people have been through that day already and then they’re greeted with complete and utter disrespect when they walk into the consult room.

I have been to this I-MED a few times over the past months and am always impressed with how lovely and helpful the reception staff are. A man named Steven has been my radiographer the past 2 appointments and I can not speak highly enough of how professional and welcoming he has been. Fantastic service!

Handed in my paper work, waited 40mins, then when I inquired how long it would be, as I've been waiting a while. I was told the other lady did do my paperwork properly! And had to wait another 10mins to see someone. No apology. It's not hard to say oh I'm sorry!!!

Traveling 50 minutes 1 way to make my appointment and being told to arrive 15minutes early then bring told my appointment was cancelled 30 minutes from appointment time. Then told to make a new appointment no thanks will use someone more professional.
