Needed to transport 2 Mercedes from Perth to Melbourne. Car shipping in Australia is incredibly slow. The cheapest option I found told me it'd take about two weeks (but really, it'd be an entire month because they have to get a big enough group of cars together before they send them)This company told me they could do it in 7 days. Imagine my surprise when they called after only 4 days to let me know they'd be delivering my cars that night! They showed up at my door in in perfect condition.They definitely aren't the cheapest, but they are absolutely the fastest. Although I will say that they keep odd business hours so you have to be persistent when calling them.

Exceptionally unprofessional, underhanded business dealings, that damaged a vehicle, transported the vehicle unauthorized to a location without receipt (damaged)Will not respond or answer the complaint. My recommendations are to take it to the Press and have this exposed

We where charged $4,400 and guaranteed 5 days delivery.We arranged to have the car picked up from a petrol station in Goulbourn. The seller drive two hours to meet the truck only to have to wait a further two hours for the truck to arrive. It was loaded on to a flat bed open truck. It arrived later that day in Melbourne. The car sat there until Tuesday and was loaded onto another truck to come to Perth. We where guaranteed by James that it would arrive in Perth Friday morning and that he will ring us to arrange delivery before the weekend.We did not hear from them on the Friday and our calls went unanswered.The car finally turned up unannounced on the Monday on the back of a flat bed tow truck (10 days after pickup) It was sitting in a trucking yard in Welshpool all weekend with no communication as to where the vehicle was or when we would be getting it.The vehicle had excessive brake dust on the rims, cigarette butts, ash and rubbish throughout the vehicle with approximately an extra 600km on the odometer.When I finally got hold of James to talk to him about this he said he would get back to me that day. Three days later and nothing. He will not return my calls or messages.

I needed a new work car and found one interstate. Was in a bit of a rush and had to have the car in time to start the job.This mob guaranteed delivery from Newcastle to Perth within 7 days,I was a bit hesitant at first butTo MY ABSOLUTE SHOCK, the car arrived in Perth 4 Bloody days! East to West in 4 days. I still can’t believe it.If you need your car fast, this fellas are it!!!
