Texas Star BBQ
A great place to pick up some authentic barbecue. Very friendly service and the food is fantastic. The brisket is so tender and the sausage is full of flavour and juicy. I also love the potato salad. The ribs have a great sauce too.

Texas Star BBQ is the real deal! Best BBQ we’ve had since holidays in the USA. The brisket & pulled pork were melt in your mouth tender with the perfect spice. Hot rods were divine! The family feast is very generous in size and fed 4 adults. Wonderful family business. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Love finding these hidden gems. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had, and I've travelled through Texas and the south.Melt in your mouth brisket and the sides are worth a trip here alone.The owners are also super friendly.Thankyou for the wonderful dinner!

We got there at 630 and they'd all but sold out already (after opening at 4). They sorted us out with big portions of what they left (brisket, pork belly and pulled pork). Everything was delicious. It's no wonder why they sold out so quick.Recommend the peach cobbler to finish off a great meal.The owners are lovely people.

This place is absolutely amazing! The service, food and atmosphere were all absolutely wonderful. The best Texas style brisket, pulled pork, sausages and sides in the whole western Sydney area! If you need to have a date night? Texas Star! Need a quick feed after a long night! Texas Star!Has never disappointed my family or I with the service and top standard and quality of food, we all love it and come back wishing for more. Cannot wait to eat here again and if you’re thinking of going anywhere, go here!

Stopped by to pick up dinner to take home. I selected some brisket and pork ribs, with a coleslaw side. They wrapped it for the 30km trip home. Both meats were tender, a nice spice rub on the outside, tasty with a light smoke flavour.The brisket was the stand-out of the meats. Thick slices, very juicy and tender. It stands out as one of the better versions of American bbq.I will definitely return for more and recommend it.

Ordered Ribs, Brisket, Sausages and Sides for a birthday party. The food was delicious. Meat was tender, juicy and flavoured. The sides were perfectly matched. It was a big hit with the guests!I travel a lot to the US and this BBQ is better than what I’ve had there, any day. Will def order again.
