Friendly atmosphere with staff who could answer my questions on weight training and on which supplements to take.With the supplement shop, it's good to walk into a shop where someone can answer your questions directly, instead of giving a vague answer - leaving you with even more questions.On the gym side, it has all the machines that I need to workout, form free weights to isolation equipment.Would definitely recommend.

A woeful gym. I asked for a casual pass, telling the girl behind the counter that I was just passing through on holiday. She charged me $15, and then directed me to the male toilets where I got changed 2 metres from a urinal.Did weights next to the open-roofed group fitness class, whose blasting music pervaded the whole gym.Discovered there was no working shower, and so got changed (in male toilet again next to urinal), doing what I could to freshen up using deodorant and the washbasin.Mentioned to the girl on the front desk that the lack of a shower left me in a bit of a pickle as a non-resident. She shrugged, told me there was nothing she could do and that it has been like this for 10 years". Left with the feeling that she couldn't have cared less.Unlike Arnie in Terminator

Have attempted to cancel a membership on 3 seperate ocassions by going into the gym and talking to staff. On the final ocassion we were reassured that it was canceled only to have money taken out of the account in following weeks.Extreamly disapointing, will be taking further action as it still isnt canceled.

Had a membership for over a year and had to cancel it due to moving. They continued to debit my account after cancellation and handing in of fob. Never received my money back even tried calling and talking to Michael owner. Such a shame when I had been a loyal customer recommending they to everyone. They also did the same to my best friend however they at least returned the overdrawn funds.

Joined years ago trained for a while then they had a prize for signing friends up and you win an iPad I got told I won but then they said I didn't it was given to someone else was never told who. After that I went and cancelled my membership because I felt like they scammed me now I'm getting emails over 5 years later saying that I didn't. Don't trust them scammers

From a female perspective who is only just starting a new fitness and weight loss regime, working out in the gym has been very comfortable and not at all intimidating. There is a very friendly atmosphere at this gym from both staff and other members and not at all pretentious. There are also loads of classes to choose from if that's more your thing. I highly rate this gym.

I've been going to the Exercise Club for years now and I would never think of changing.! Best group fitness timetable in town with the most awesome instructors and very helpful staff... Huge range of supplements and an amazing vibe in the gym..! I love it here and I would recommend it to everyone.!
