Always rude and lazy, especially the short hair staffs women. The way they talk and look at clients are not professional and no service mind at all. No sympathy or gentle to older and foreigners when they asked for help. Alwaysssss rude and aggressive staffs

I was initially a bit upset by the rude, incompetent service - but I don’t think the unfortunate things behind the counter can help what they are. I would support any government effort to defund Auspost in general - it has become a jobs program for people who are otherwise unemployable.

Apparently my package was left somewhere safe on my property at 3:25 PM which is odd, because I was literally out the front at that stage and saw so sign of any delivery.

I'm joining the long list of people posting negative reviews. It wasn't busy. Two of the counter staff were standing at their windows chatting to each other. I went to the third. Be warned. The third staff member was the taller, somewhat younger dark haired with glasses. Cannot even be bothered to explain the rudeness, what is the matter with these people?

This process takes about 20 minutes and we close in 18" went to Queanbeyan post office and it took 4 minutes"

Lady above 40 and dark hair with the glasses was very rude towards my husband, I am so astonished by the fact that she still doesn’t know how to talk or she did it on purpose! Extremely rude, impolite!!

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from staff. Went at 4:59 to pick up an important parcel the other day. I run up to the door to apologise for coming so close to office closure just to have the door shut and locked in my face before I could say anything. When I came in the next day the same lady who locked the door in my face was extremely rude to me when I enquired about my parcel being at the post office for I had been left a note asking me to collect it.
