i had queried about an air fryer but wasn't so keen on purchasing on the day. a lovely consultant (Laura-from memory) had provided me detailed comparisons to both units in question and had also shared personal experiences to assist with my answers. she also went to the effort to check the best prices/discounts she could offer at the time. was not pushing me for a sale and was patient in answering my numerous questions. i would definitely come back based on this experience to buy the unit if not for something else.

Look no further than Harvey Norman, the flagship of outdated technology and overpriced merchandise.Upon entering the store, one is immediately struck by the need for more enthusiasm from the staff. It's as if they are working in a retirement home rather than a retail environment. The few products on offer are a sad testament to the decline of the electronics area, which has seen better days. Save yourself the drive and go to a competitor like JB Hifi or a specialist product and niche retailer that offers better brand choice and products designed for the purpose.The prices at Harvey Norman are always at the top end of comparisons, and for what? The privilege of dealing with slow staff and outdated merchandise? Be aware of the extended warranties and protection the store offers, as they are simply an attempt to milk more money from their unsuspecting customers.And let's not forget the recent controversy surrounding Harvey Norman's owner, Gerry Harvey, who received over $20 million in taxpayer money despite massive demand for electronics and a jump in profit. This kind of greed and disregard for the public should not be supported.As someone who works in IT and runs a shop, I can confidently say that myself and my colleagues will never support Harvey Norman. The brand represents an outdated business model, a greedy bar staff at the helm, and a disgusting personality. Boycott this brand and tell your friends to do the same. The franchisees may take the brunt of the people's anger, but that is no excuse for supporting a store that has clearly lost touch with the needs and desires of its customers.

Bradly and Bryson are very helpful and accommodating. One of the best delivery experience I had encountered. Very friendly, Harvey norman is lucky to have them as employees.

Went in to browse for Coffee machines, were helped by David who has a very sound knowledge of coffee machines and recommended few options as per needs. Great customer service.

Went to buy a stick vacuum cleaner and after doing research chose Elctrolux G9. Checked online 8pm Thursday and yes in stock. Went Friday 9am. Customer Service rep was on his 3rd day and this was very very obvious. The poor guy had lots of problems and the older male staff in area (and there were a lot of them) were really dismissive of him, which in this day and age is completely unacceptable. And of course you don't have to be told the item wasn't in stock. Asked if it could be transferred from another store and was told no. Really??? Said didn't think that was right and he checked and yes can get from Springvale but not for 10 days. 10 days!!! He did give us discount off price thank you and asked if we would like a free $20 gift card for stuffing us around for 1 hour. Sorry you are asking if someone wants a free gift card?? Anyway Tom (Store manager) you might want to review the training that is given and the teamwork in store. Anyway look forward to getting new vacuum cleaner in 10 days!!

Purchased a television from Harvey Norman. The salesperson was too focused on on selling rather than assisting me with the sale and my questions.Not a good experience.

Great for technology. I wouldn't say too many dining table in display. Staff are friendly to give you advice for any tech/TV

Great service from Ali and co, business MrBbs delivery through Harvey Norman. Sms day before advising of the allocated time slot, then phone call 20 minutes beforehand. Very bulky items delivered, and it was done with great care and very positive for a Friday. No bulky packaging left behind, thanks guys!
