I bought an S-Class Mercedes from Berlin Motor Group and had a fantastic experience. Jayden and his team are super knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Jayden Dietz Doesn't pay his contractors. I have been chasing him for 3 years to pay unpaid invoices for work completed on his premies, with every excuse ever invented; from he's broke, to his account transferred it to the wrong account, to floods. He is beyond dishonest and I'm sure that would be reflected in every car he sells.

The whole purchasing experience was excellent. From first viewing the car to the handover of the keys, everything was facilitated well. Jayden’s knowledge of Mercedes is second to none, which meant that anything questionable on the car was fixed prior to handover. He really knows his stuff and is a great salesman.

I have to mention Zac as a thank you. Zac was friendly, polite and very professional from the moment he introduced himself to me, till driving away in the newly purchased vehicle. I often feel let down by the attitude of many sales people who change their attitude in the negative direction after a sale is formally made. This was not my experience with Zac, he was friendly and professional all the way through and even followed up a week later to see how the car was going. I throughly recommend Zac from the Berlin Motor Group.

Jay is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and has a level of morals and understanding that you'd find almost nowhere in the automotive industry; and perhaps almost anywhere. This is a place where you can drop your car off and get on about your day without having to deal with call after call from the quintessential car salesman, telling you about every minute issue and how it may be worth looking at a new model .Point is, rather than feeling dirty as you realise you've justbecome just another number to the leazy salesman. Conversely, at Berlin Motor Group, I felt completely at ease as I drive away... on a lovely E-Class Merc, mind you!Jay, if you're readinf this, it's truly been a pleasure doing business with you each time. A real gentle man, gentleman and a scholar.

Jayden recently spent days finding a car for me, he went above and beyond, doing the hard work for me that I didn't have the time to do …… service that you just don't get from the big impersonal dealerships. He was contactable when I needed it, and made the whole process easy. It's the little things that made a difference, listening to what I needed, keeping the tolls registered to him until I had a chance to change them over, getting the car set up the way I wanted it, offering to drop it over to me when it was ready, and following up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the purchase ….. Dealing with Jay was an absolute pleasure. He’s based in Brisbane and I picked up a wonderful 2011 Lexus ISF from Sydney - car unseen. His care in working through all the details of my questions, our FaceTimes and organising the car to be sent down was second to none. The car was in perfect condition! He went over and beyond and even negotiated a massive rebate on the extended warranty purchased. Couldn’t recommend a more reliable person to do business with - I’d happily purchase off him next time.
