Ben has gone above and beyond to help us create my dream engagement ring! He has just been the most kind and most caring jeweller we have met and we I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work and effort that went behind the scenes. The ring is absolutely is exquisite and I'm so happy with how it turned out! We can not wait to see our wedding bands and keep coming back in the future for more fine jewellery! I could not be more satisfied with my experience here. These guys make you feel like family and ensure that you're taken care of. It's obvious they're not just trying to take advantage of their clients and aren't just trying to get easy money from sales. They love what they do and it shows. The lady seemed annoyed that I was there. I wanted to get a piece of jewellery fixed and she was very blunt. As I was leaving, I heard her talking about me. Won't be going there again.

We visited Alexander Jewellers earlier in the year in hopes of finding our wedding bands. We had already been to probably 10+ other jewellers and just weren’t having any luck. I told Ben what I was looking for and he immediately was able to bring that vision to life! My wedding band was then custom made and it is PERFECT! I honestly couldn’t fault it. Ben also very patiently helped my partner pick the perfect band after trying on what felt like 100 different rings. I could not recommend Alexander Jewellers enough!!! Wonderful owners and just so fantastic to deal with.

I wanted to buy an engagement ring for my partner (now fiancè) but I didn't know what I was looking for nor the procedure(s) on finding the right ring. But thankfully, Ben was very helpful to guide me through the process, and adapt to my needs (partner's indeciveness), and with his help, I got the perfect ring with the best deal. And thankfully, she said YES!!

The boys here were incredible in helping me get my partner an engagement ring. I was fortunate finding them because I was searching for lab diamonds for the ring, and they were the one place to take time and show me what they had, and allowed me to compare and make my choice. (I highly recommend their lab diamonds as well, I'd say they're even shinier than standard diamonds and they're ethical, and still real diamonds, plus they're VERY CHEAP in comparison).They were willing to help me with a design I had envisioned and were able to help make that a reality, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. All in all, I highly recommend this place for anything in future.
