When my power went out during a storm, I was assisted by Michelle who was so helpful and was very professional!

We have had many problems with this company starting with electricity fluctuations outiges causing damages on appliances and irresponsible cut off supply without notice.without any plausible reasons and without notify ,we wish there was a better option for our problems

Love this place.

Irresponsible and no compensation for any outages/food spoilage unless over 10 hours. Their policy goes against the recommendation of food safety under NSW food authority which states 4 hours max. Imagine this plus 4-5 occasions of outages within the week. When renting, please do yourselves a favour and ask if they are under this company along with energy trade. Both linked together and both pointing the finger to each other. Both companies do not want to be accountable.

They sent a message letting me know my power would be down on Wednesday 3/8/2022 from 7am until 5pm, this blew out by 2 and 1/2 hours so no power for 12 1/2 hours but at least they sent a message 2 weeks before then the day before, it was wrong but they sent it. Today 4/8/2022 they are shutting off our power again, no notice no message. Then they plan to shut it down again on the 5/8/2022 so that is 3 days in a row. Having spoken to the people onsite they admitted to making stuffed up on Wednesday and as a result they have to add in an extra days work.So someone is able to organise the work crews and the traffic control crews at short notice, I am just guessing that it was Wednesday night as they are here at 7:30am on Thursday, but no body was able to let the consumers......me know. Where possible deal with another company as the business practices shown by this mobs are very sloppy at best and just straight out negligent at worst.

Finally I can leave a bad review! Worked here many years ago as a FT contractor in 2008.One of the staff called me a name referring to the current issues in our society & I reported it to my manager. Nothing ever came of it! I could see people blaming me for small things that was not even associated to me or my work.I had another project manager who did intimidate me on purpose. It seems there was a bad workplace culture in place of harassment & bullying by both older & younger contract staff.I literally went to work in fear developing a high level anxiety & stress until I couldn't face my attacker anymore & reported it to the contractor HR. They did very little on my behalf & let me go without any further counselling.I was also indecently assaulted by the male co-worker which was also reported to my contractor HR & they did nothing! Another staff member was there who just smiled as if it was funny. This happened at this work site!I had my drink water bottle on my desk also interfered with one time there too. Seems whoever it was thought it would be funny to contaminate my drinking flask with something foul (spit?)!!!

I’ve been changing energy provider thinking that they are the one reading my energy meter. But it is the responsibility of the local energy controller.My bill has been estimated since last year and I pay thousand of dollars every quarter due to this process.It is upsetting to think because I have 10.3 kW of solar panel on my roof.Endeavor energy doesn’t submit reading report to my provider and the result was bill estimate all the time.How many household in the community suffering the same financial crisis due to the negligence of the energy contractors?People are paying thousands of dollars to these corrupt energy providers. I think the government should look at this issue of energy bill manipulation.

Absolute thieves called the police when i kicked them off my property and forced me to find $2400 to fix their supply line so they could keep charging me ridiculous amounts.

Very approachable staff, always happy to help and went out of their way to run through what is happening during the black out
