When he arrived, he took off his boots and put on our sandals to protect our floors.Richard checked my water pressure and informed me that it should be 500kPa and that there should be a water pressure regulator. He quickly diagnosed the leaking spot in my pull-out mixer hose and patiently answered my plumbing questions while working on replacing the pull-out hose.I was impressed by Richard's thoroughness and attention to detail.
