Just called up to speak to the manager, and a young lady answered with just hello. i asked if i could speak the the manager and all i hear is the phone getting put down. not knowing if i was getting passed onto the manager or not so i waited. next thing i know the phone hung up. so i called again thinking maybe the phone was disconnected. so i call again same lady answered, and said sorry i think the phone disconnected can you please put me through to the manager. then i get the reply 'manager not in' then the phone was hung up. please teach your staff manners on the phone and what to say.
