Little Ducks Childcare

Can’t recommend little ducks enough!! I feel so safe and comfortable leaving my babies here and they also feel safe with all of the educators. I feel like it’s rare to find a daycare that genuinely care for the children. I looked at other daycares and I had to make a booking to see the Centre but little ducks said to come down whenever and encouraged us as parents to come into the Centre whenever. The Birkdale team are outstanding and I’ve loved watching my daughter grow and learn with the assistance of the educators. Tara, Chloe, Kylie, Debbie, Ash, Paige and the whole team go above and beyond every week!

Little Ducks Birkdale is the most amazing childcare centre you will ever find. Back 11 and a half years ago I was so nervous about sending my twin boys to childcare, we went and had a look threw, the educators were so nice and caring of how nervous we were and made us feel so comfortable. From that moment we walked through I knew it was the childcare for my boys and we never looked back, All 5 of my children have been at little ducks birkdale and now after 11 and half years our last little boy is leaving and going to prep. The educators at little ducks birkdale are the most amazing people you will ever have to take care of your children, I cannot fault them in any way. Thanks so much Little Ducks Birkdale we are going to miss you!!

Little Ducks Birkdale has become a second home for my family, first with my daughter starting at 4m in the Nursery moving all the way through to the Kindergarten program in 2019. Now with our second child he has started in Nursery recently and is absolutely loving it! The educators go above and beyond for the children of the Centre as if they were their own! I couldn't recommend highly enough, 11/10!

The staff at LD Birkdale are nurturing, gentle, and have supported my daughter through her transition in to care with open arms. They are very knowledgeable and continually expand and offer activities for mydaughter based on her particular interests. Would recommend to anyone!

Little Ducks Birkdale is a fantastic daycare centre with an amazing community feel, nurturing educators and a HUGE beautiful outdoor space for little explorers. My son has been attending for 2 years and it has been phenomenal for his development. Aside from the amazing facilities, I love our centre because it has a real family" feel where all of the educators know my son by name. I am very pleased we found Little Ducks."

Our son attended Little Ducks at Birkdale for 4 years. He has special needs and the staff were dedicated to helping him achieve his full potential and accommodating all of the necessary therapy advice for his development. They were also very understanding of what we were going through as a family. It was wonderful to be part of such a lovely little community! We miss the staff, teachers and friends that we made at Little Ducks very much and are so happy we chose them to start our parenting journey with.

They adore my daughter and are always involved in any milestones im trying to achieve with her, supporting me as a mother. The educators are amazing, beautiful people and highly recommend for anyone in the area to send your kids here. Keep up the good work !

Little Ducks Birkdale is the most amazing childcare, they are one big happy family. My first born started off in the nursery and is now about to finish Kindy, so has been there for over 4 years. My little man has now been there for over 2 years as well. When I first walked in to this centre I instantly new that this was where my kids are going to go. The educators are phenomenal, they treat every child with some so much love and support. Every drop off they are welcomed with warm hugs and big smiles, they are truly excited to be there. I couldn't be happier that my kids go here and if anyone is thinking about sending their child here, don't hesitate, it will be the best decision you make.

Little Ducks Birkdale is such a rare find, the centre is warm, welcoming, communicative, inclusive and all of the cares are so loving and friendly. When we went around to Little Ducks Birkdale to find a new childcare centre for our daughter late last year and had just gotten a diagnosis of global developmental delay, the director at the time was the only person out of all of the centre’s we visited who took the time to explain to me what inclusion support would mean for our little girl and put my mind at ease about having her come to childcare and not be able to tell me what had happened during her day, whether it be happy or sad. And since we have started we have realised what a great decision we made switching centres. Our oldest daughter is non verbal and has complex care/medical needs and the team are so accommodating of these needs. Each and every one of the staff members at Little Ducks have been such amazing supports, not only for both of our daughters, but for our family. The level of care and communication that is provided by the team is so amazing, you know that they truly love their jobs and care for our children. It feels more like a little family or community than a childcare centre.

Birkdale Little Ducks has been the best choice we made when looking at daycare for our kids. Every educator welcomes you and makes the kids happy to start the day. Both my kids walk away no tears. The teachers play with my kids the same way we would and the kids love going back everyday.
