Since our University days, we have not rented a residential accommodation. We are taking this opportunity to express our thanks and appreciation for the good work and kind assistance we received from Manny - Ms Manuela Hadanich, the Property Manager, Manny has been most helpful. She was prompt in responding to any queries. For our convenience, some of your less urgent queries were posted over the weekend. Despite our stating their non urgency and as such could be attended to on the following Monday, she was almost immediate in her response. Thank you Manny for your kind assistance. It has made our renting in Sydney less challenging.Unfortunately, we will refrain from commenting on the Receptionists in Hunters Hill - both at pick up/commencement of the lease and dropping the keys/end of the lease.

Recently purchased a property with John from McGrath Hunters hill and am very pleased with their service. It was a very frustrating time to be purchasing a property but John was very accomodating and always made time for us. He allowed us to see the property multiple times and was always available to answer any enquiries. John also helped us reach a settlement that worked with our needs and in the end, we were exceptionally happy with his service.

We are long term renters and recently had the pleasure of dealing with McGrath Real Estate. in Hunters Hill. Manuela (Manny) Hadanich was our property manager and I cannot recommend her highly enough.She always dealt with us in a fair and considerate manner. If you are an owner, you want Manny and her team looking after your interests. True professionals and thoroughly decent humans. They will find the best tenants for your property and will treat them in such a way that they will want to stay. Win! Win! Thank you, Manny next time we meet I hope we in are in the market. to buy. Nothing special, in line with the rest of the (poor) service standards of Sydney's REA industry.We applied to a unit, got a phone call saying our application was approved. Waited for the deposit details and got nothing. Called again, were told that the application is pending final approval by landlord (so why did you called me in the first place?).Then, silence again. Now I can see that the unit is off the market. No updates from the agent.Look, I'm not mad that someone else got the property. It's an open market, I get it. But why do you need to waste my time and be so vague in your communications?

Stephanie was very helpful throughout our tenancy, and accommodating of our questions when we had to vacate our apartment quickly due to moving overseas. She is approachable, personable, and caring - I can't say the same for a lot of property managers around Sydney. I highly recommend Stephanie.

Manny in McGrath Hunters Hill Property Management has been outstanding. She managed a difficult tenant exiting the property who left the place a damaged and dirty. Manny handled the exiting, tribunal and successfully received some of the monies claimed for which was a greatresult considering the Tribunal system. Manny always communicated good or bad and was a true professional that McGrath should be proud of. I would recommend her as a property manager to anyone, dime a dozen good PM's! While it appears that many of the reviews speak highly of Manuela Hadanich (Manny), we had a very different experience with Manny when leasing out our property through McGrath Hunters Hill. Perhaps this was because our property was of little value to her (two bedroom apartment in Lane Cove, rather than a two million dollar house in Hunters Hill). But regardless, we expect that when we are paying an agent to act in our best interests, that they would do so regardless of the value of the property. Manny was difficult to deal with and get a hold of, she did not take steps to ensure our property was looked after (no inspections were ever held during the tenancy nor did she ever propose to do one), Manny authorised payments that she did not have authority to authorise and it appears that she lied to us about the state of our property when the tenancy ended which means that we did not get a chance to claim back on our tenants bond. We were very disappointed in the level of service by Manny and would never rent a property through McGrath Hunters Hill (or McGrath in general) again.

I rented a property through McGrath Hunters Hill for six/seven years. My experience with the property management and the staff throughout this time has been amazing. A special Thank You goes to Stephanie Walker. She has always been super responsive, helpful and understanding. Very happy with her approachable nature, follow ups and excellent customer service skills. Would recommend McGrath Hunters Hill and in particular Stephanie as Property Manager to anyone!
