Ordered the usual Big Mac meal with a side of Mac sauce for dinner at the drive through, the service was quick and both window staff where nice and friendly. I asked for fresh chips and this usually means you get sent to the waiting bay, I’m happy to wait for fresh chips. The staff comes out a few minutes later and hands me the order, and like normal the sauce is missing. I’m unsure how the docket screens work but every time I order at this store I need to ask for the sauce before leaving because it’s always missed.

Apparently staff is not very good at maths. Can't even prepare proper order without missing items twice in a row.Meal deal (+1 fries) plus two more fries means three fries. Not two fries.

This is apparently what a Iced Vanilla Latte with 1 extra shot of espresso looks like. It tastes like there's more syrup than there is coffee. Actually, I can't taste the coffee. I have spoken to staff about this several times over the past and they insist they put the extra shot of espresso in.

I do come to this maccas often as it's quite local to me. Seems to be quite a lot of the time I'm asked to wait in waiting bay. I don't seem have this problem with any other maccas. Not sure what's going on. This even happens when there isn't many vehicles, so can't be blamed on influx of customers.

Such a bad service and experience, ordered mcChicken burger and got this. It has just plain patty, no salad at all, i can make better burger than McDonalds. Spend $30+ which was waste of money. So regretting.

Food is alright but Hungry Jacks are more generous. For example, they barely put any soft serve in the cone. Hungry Jacks do very decent sized soft serves majority of the time. I just want my money's worth. Also, staff aren't that friendly TBH. Although could have just been having a bad day.

What is this. My friends and i got 3 chai lattes selected extra hot. I was expecting it to warm my body, my soul. But it just didnt, it was room temperature. Besdies the fact we had to wait a good 15-20 minutes in the waiting bay it was full so we were on the corner and the person behind us almost hit us. As there was not enough space. Which shouldnt happen beacause it is so dangerous. Im not even mad at this point im just disspointed with this. I cant bealive this experience i just wanted a nice HOT latte too warm my soul but now my soul is left colder it has ever been, what did i do wrong God.

While my girlfriends and my order was correct the amount of time that we both had to wait to get it was ridiculous. We were waiting there for 20 minutes. It took one of the staff members to ask if we were waiting on an order which I found absolutely appalling. I will not be going back there any time soon because they don’t have any knowledge of customer service. Even another customer asked for a refund there because of how long he had to wait for his order.

The Big Mac was not quite as delicious as I had hoped, but it was still enjoyable. The staff, mostly made up of young employees, were friendly but the service was just average. The restaurant was clean and the price was fair. Overall, a decent visit.

Ordered 2 double cheese burger meals and 2 burger with shake on mobile order.They made me pay twice, I had to get refund abt wrong payment. The problem is that they gave refund by cash. But I could accept this cuz I was really starved. Just wanted to avoid draging time.After coming back home, started eat the food andI found hard burnt stuff inside of one of double cheese burger. Actually there were more of burnt stuff in the burger, I couldnt take a photo of that. Just spited into bin straight after tasting really bitter and smoky thing.
