The service in the Mosman store is outstanding. Daniel bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes and work around my ankle problems. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff there! Hats off to them all!

Awesome team at PACE. Been going to the Crows Nest store for about 2 years now and its my go-to store for running gear. They set you up with great road and trail gear and their expertise on trail races (UTA especially) is heaps helpful.

I decided to give a small independent retailer a shot instead of using a larger online store.These guys were helpful on first instance. They ordered me in an expensive pair of shoes which arrived a week or so later - Awesome!When it came to returning them after the shoe failed a few weeks later they did not bother themselves.I visited the store and they were really funny about it they said they couldnt take them back but may be able to offer a small discount on my next purchase, they would phone me when he had come to a solution...I haven't heard from them in three weeks.I could of sent these shoes back to a larger online store and they wouldn't of blinked, I would of had a replacement or had the $230 dollars back in my pocket.

Professional service. They test you on the treadmill to see how you run, so this is a great place to get outfitted if you need a specific kind of foot support. Friendly personnel. Parking is tricky since the store is on Military Road, which is always very busy. There is 1 hour free underground parking on Vista Street, right next to the store off Military road. They carry most running brands, also have a great choice for trail running equipment.

I have been extremely happy with the service that I have received from pace Mosman. Josh has so much knowledge about the products in store and also how they can be applied in a physical application. He helped me procure a pair of shoes that have been extremely hard to find. Thanks josh for all the effort you put into you customers!
