As a buyer, and even though we didn't end up purchasing, Ed Hertegen from Tenacity was a gem with excellent communication. Both friendly and knowledgeable and I could tell he worked his absolute hardest to try and secure a property for us. I would be able to comfortably recommend his services.

Edward, Hayden and the team have been nothing but professional and friendly. They were there with us every single step of the way from selling, and put in the effort to give us regular updates regarding our property. I cannot express enough how good Hayden Bonnici & Edward Herdegen were when we sold our house. From the start of a handwritten introduction, to our first meeting, patience while we spent 3 months renovating and through the whole auction sale process. Honest, friendly, always willing to answer questions and communicating the whole way through these 2 young guys impressed from day 1. We intervied other agents but these guys made us comfortable. Even as Covid restrictions hit yet again, they managed to get our auction held within 4 hours and a crowd! They achieved over what we were expecting in trying conditions and have been exceptional.
