Victory Curtains and Blinds

I required just one small blind for a glass panel on front door. Called & was given an appointment for measure & quote. Kevin Neumann came on the day & took the time to explain & was very professional. Its getting done, which makes me very happy. unlike other companies it was not dismissed because its a small job. Very good company to deal with. Kevin is very well mannered, a real gentleman. Highly Recommend

My elderly parents have been waiting 3 months for their outdoor blind. All they hear are rubbish excuses and install dates that never happen. They've paid all but $100 of the purchase price, so I guess Victory Blinds is just happy to take money from the elderly and then snowball them. I would NEVER use this company. Disgraceful customer service.

Time wasters. Waited all day twice for a measure and quote and they never came. We tried to call and leave a message but no reply. Only a text message two days later to say sorry they couldn’t make it and to book again. Yeah nah.

I paid my 50% deposit 26th July. Because I have bay windows they wanted to send their most experienced" installer to do the check measure. Problem was he was on leave and I had to wait 2 weeks for the check measure. Which I did

What can I say: our consultant Joe was the most helpful and knowledgeable in the business. He always kept us informed and was easy to communicate with. He knew exactly what we wanted as far as shutters, sheers and ventians to achieve our modern Hampton look. I would highly recommend victory blinds to anyone for high quality products and service.

After being deceived by their sales representative who came out to do the initial consultation and quote about the timeline for delivery and installation, Victory then didn't even show up on the date install was finally planned for. No phone calls or anything to let me know first the estimated time of arrival of their technician, nor was I called after their technician decided he couldn't make it to install my blinds after all. Their customer service is appalling. When I called to find out why no one had shown up yet and I was finally told that they weren't coming, they expressed no care or consideration that my entire day had just been wasted waiting for them or the inconvenience they were asking me to accept in rescheduling for another day. Very unhappy with this company and would definitely not recommend.

Snake oil salesman. Enough said. RUN, they are liars. They will take your money and smile while doing it.

Had Kevin Neumann come out for a free measure and quote last week for roller blinds. He was super lovely, friendly and professional. He took over 1 hour to thoroughly measure each and every window and was such a helpful consultant too. Did not hesitate to stop his work and answer any questions I had or helped me in deciding the colours and fabric that would best suit my home. Not only that, he gave me helpful tips and assisted in some problems regarding the windows. Kevin was so easy to communicate with, very patient and a complete gentleman. Really took his time to explain everything regarding roller blinds and didn't make you feel pressured to purchase anything. Honestly, you don't get service like this from anyone nowadays. Would HIGHLY recommend Victory blinds - Kevin Neumann for his outstanding work ethics. I believe he deserves a promotion!!

Nonexistent after-sales experience. You'll call multiple times over the course of weeks, get redirected EVERY time to their messaging service" (I doubt it's even possible to reach any sort of technician). They'll take your details but no one will ever respond to your enquiry.We've had to deal with Victory multiple times over the last few years and it's the same each time. It's been like pulling teeth. Management clearly don't care about providing quality service. Go with literally any other company."

Just had to share that we had Kevin come out to give us a quote. He was awesome - took the time to talk through our requirements and make sure the all options were discussed properly. He gave us good ideas and overall was very pleasant to work with. Would recommend Kevin any day!
