Place is always absolutely filthy. The last two times we have been there has literally been dirty dishes left all over every single table while staff sit on their phones on their break. Customers, including us, had to clear the tables just so we could get a seat and then they got the order wrong twice. We used to go here every Friday night but not anymore.

I ordered the classic burger with a side of fries - the fries were served generously and were soooo good!!. The burger tasted nice but I was a bit disappointed with the buns as they were really dry which made it a bit hard to eat. Staff are nice though and the place has a good atmosphere.

The food was 50/50 some was really good others was not. The BBQ ribs were very good, the tenders were fine but dry, the salad was good but very minimal and the 2 1/4 chickens we got were 90% bones and tendons.Service wise I never thought I’d have to explain to someone that you shouldn’t put three different orders in the same plate and not tell you. So me and my sister were sharing a platter and they but my moms and brother in laws orders on our platter and didn’t tell us. So me and my sister just ate the platter while waiting for the rest of our orders. They were good enough to replace the BBQ ribs which is why this is a 3 and not a 2 but a very mixed bag at nandos

Good taste. The HOT spicy level is bit too spicy for those who cannot eat much spicy food.I suggest to go with medium.

Possibly the worst fast food experiance I've had so far.We spent $70 including delivery.The ribs where missing completly.I was missing bacon from my burger.They packaged the cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food resulting in cold everything.For the price I expect a decent meal but I was very disapointed.We spoke to the manager Takesh and he offered a $5 refund and told to talk to Menulog to apply for it, or to drive over there and pick up the ribs, even though I've alredy paid for delivery.The service and food is just not good enough for the price.

Wanted to stop through here for a bite to eat manager advised they’re not accepting anymore orders as it’s apparently closing time (8:00pm) google advised they close at 10pm doesn’t seem to be a customer focused franchise. This place used to be great not anymore. Not the first obstacle I have faced here, it’s really dropped the ball in all aspects. Including cleanliness and order accuracy.
