Dear Empyrean_Joule, I am flabbergasted & astonished at your post. I was actually the client being served by Brad when you rudely entered the office & interrupted our meeting. Brad politely & respectfully requested that you return in 10 minutes after which time he could assist you with your copying. Prejudicial treatment of different categories of people especially on the grounds of skin colour is a serious discrimination in our society. You should be ashamed to say you are a victim of skin color or colorism when you were simply rude & arrogant in wanting to be served immediately. It is a insult to those in our society who are truly treated with bigotry behavior. Just to set the record straight Brad at DigiDoc is a competent, knowledgeable , proficient professional. His work ethic & service is second to none & he always goes above and beyond to assist in any way he can. Besides being respectful & obliging he is a lovely kind man. Running your own business you rely on client reviews & to have that absolute rubbish written about Brad is a disgrace. Hope I've set the record straight & your best course of action Empyrean_Joule would be an apology. Highly recommend DigiDoc for all your printing & marketing requirements .
