I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a treatment from Rachel recently; without a doubt the best massage of my life. While of course it felt amazing and the massage was relaxing (i fell asleep) the immediate release of muscle tension as she worked her magic was unlike anything I'd experienced before. It wasn't a rushed massage at all, she really takes her time and communicates wonderfully about what you would like to focus on in your treatment, she really caters to your individual needs without making you feel awkward or uncomfortable (she doesn't force small talk). It's like she's lifting your sore, aching muscles off the bone and gently setting them back down where they're supposed to go. I was able to go to sleep much earlier that night and I felt genuinely rested afterwards, I could tell my range of motion in my upper back/shoulders/neck improved drastically, I had more clarity the next day, I felt more myself because I wasn't holding so much stress in my body... I can definitely see the benefits of continuing to receive care from Rach, she has gained a return regular client for sure!
