With Integrity New Homes specialist services, I was able to make the most out of my investment. I am extremely happy with their knowledge and professional skills which they incorporated to build my new house in Newcastle. Highly recommended!!

I was provided with a quotation for a double storey house and asked to sign a preliminary agreement. We were happy with the quote and signed up and paid the initial deposit. Once the money was paid they increased the estimate significantly. We were very disappointed by the process but got assurance there will not be any more increases and can go into a building contract. We were asked to pay another fee for the preparation of contract. As soon as we paid the money there was another significant cost increase. We felt deceived as a lot of time and money was wasted with an inexperienced company. Even after placing many fair requests we were only refunded a small portion of the money that we paid. Surely the estimates cannot go up that significantly only after money was paid. I would never recommend, trust or go with Integrity new homes central coast again. If there was an option for negative stars then we would give a negative star rating.

Excellent professionals and great quality products. I now have a favourite place to relax in my home and have a beer with friends thanks to them. I can't recommend their services enough. I was so impressed with the work if Integrity. We had a lot of struggles through covid and price increases which was shocking but to be expected in these hard times. We did have to make a few compromises in our build but the people at Integrity helped us make the right choices and even helped us get those finishing touches we needed after the build was complete and we had saved a bit of money to finish it off. I love the ongoing care that they have provided.

Don and the team at Integrity New Homes Central Coast did an amazing job in building our dream home at Lake Macquarie. On time, on budget and excellent quality. Great to deal with and we couldn't be happier with the results. After sales service has also been excellent and Don is very professional in his dealings. Highly recommended.

We contacted them to do a single storey extension. We were told project was do-able on our budget but to be aware we may have to compromise as cost has increased in labour and materials. Signed the contract and estimate came back 6 months later $80,00 over budget. Which according to their company is a little over budget. Lot's of emails backwards and forwards asking them to explain how the project manager was so confident we would be able to complete the project on our budget during site assessments to then be so over budget with the estimate. They offered us a incomplete build still $9000 over our budget or a refund of $960 with the suggestion to build ourselves. Looking forward to their response.
