Elders Real Estate Burrum Heads

Elders is always a good experience to holiday with we have been using Elders for sometime now.Bazzaz's Beach House was our latest stay and we all had a good time.

We live on the beach in North Queensland we love visiting Burrum Heads it's a very special place for us our Holiday House Rental was absolutely beautiful plenty of room inside and outside on the beach everything we needed was right there close to everything in Burrum will be back again thanks Elders for our beautiful Holiday House Rental

What a fantastic easy experience working with Gwen to buy our new home. You were brilliant and we thank you very much for your professionalism and help with the process.

Two couples stayed at Bay Vista for 10 days. We had lovely weather and as usual the home was extremely comfortable! Unfortunately the light in the ensuite didn’t work and even though we reported it early it was never fixed. After a day’s fishing it wasn’t particularly safe to shower in the dark. Also the air fryer was dead. An electrician came promptly and said he’d be back to fix the light and bring a new airfryer the next morning but we never saw him again! We also had to go and buy tea towels as there were none as there had been in the past. Also realestate physically charge $500 as security, not just put a hold on it. Then they charge you a fee to do it. Doesn’t seem fair. The house is awesome though!

Our dealings with the staff at Burrum Heads Real Estate was top class. The property is ideal for a big family group. There is plenty of room and the front verandah is a bonus. So lovely to sit at the table and experience the sea breezes and birdlife. We had a wonderful week, with its location being a real draw card.

I am not one to leave reviews but I this is something that has stuck with me over the past 24hrs.We are relocating & have recently been seeking a rental in Hervey Bay for our family. We have viewed quite a few, though nothing has felt like home.When viewing a property yesterday we met a lovely lady by the name of Sue.We spoke for roughly 20mins & never have I ever left a viewing feeling the way I did yesterday. Sue was honest, kind, warm & took great interest in the things I had to say.Thank you Sue for the impact you left yesterday!

We had a lovely relaxing time, loved the birds, beach we couldn't get the tide right for fishing though, beautiful comfortable beds, thanks Becky Casey

Snakes inside “Burrum River Boathouse” ruined our holidaysMy wife was terrified of a one-meter-long snake in the kitchen, Then the day after (another snake) my 5-year-old son yelled snake crawling from under the lounge. After seeing these snakes my wife and son were frightened all the time. Our holiday was ruined. Very disappointed as we drove 9 hours each way to have a holiday but it turned out to be a nerve-wracking bad experience. also, we had to put up with the infestation of midges.

We had excellent weather until the last day of our stay. The fishing and crabbing were very poor. We have stayed at this house before and have no complaints about it. It is very clean and is well equipped. Good to see the mattresses have been replaced and were very comfortable. My only complaint would be about having to hand over the $500 bond and be charged for doing so. As we are an elderly couple and have stayed before without any problems surely this can be overlooked for trusted people.

Hami's retreat is very comfortable and perfectly located. Great place for a refreshing break.
