- 10 stars for poor service , parcel is sitting in depot from last five days its getting scanned daily but never got delivered . there is no contact number and I cant pick up from depot which is 7 km from my residence .Dear startrash or sorry star track, you need to raise your game

Paid for Express delivery (Which they’ve done to our place before) and yet several times this Depot not only holds the parcel in their shed for up to a week, but then dumps the parcels at Australia Post’s Sunbury delivery centre. So the customer has to make a trip to collect it. You pay several times the OZ Post “snail mail” price for StarTrack but IMHO when Gisborne Depot is involved the extra money is wasted. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use StarTrack for rural delivery in our area.

Worst experience ever, I wish I can give negative stars to them. My order is sitting in transit for 4 days now and still hasn't been delivered. There is no phone number to contact them.

My parcel was due to arrive 6 days ago but instead has been sitting at the depot (which is a few minutes drive from my house) yet they do not allow collection and they have no phone number for the depot to even speak to someone. Absolutely terrible

1 slip in my screen door without knocking, 2 slips in the letterbox without knocking, all whilst I was home. Now an expedited UPS Package has sat in the depot for over 48 hours. StarTrack it’s becoming aware that you need a massive overhaul of staff or your system

I’ve had nothing but problems with Star Track. Every time they deliver a “express” package it takes weeks. Melton branch really is the worst! They should rename themselves “STAR SLACK”.Try to complain they will just block your email address. Complain to the delivery driver and they just laugh and say they don’t care because they are part of Australia Post therefore they think they are untouchable. They don't even care that they get no good reviews. They do not value their clients at all. They don't care that you have to miss going to work to wait for a important package that they keep saying will be there that very day, when they say that every day for weeks! Actually Star Slack are giving Australia Post a very bad name, yet if you complain to Australia Post about Star Track they don’t seem to care either. If you need something to be delivered quickly do not go with Star Track and let Australia Post know that you do not want it to be handled by Star Track.Australia Post need to stop giving Star Track their deliveries or they are just as much to blame!

All I required StarTrack to do was deliver a carton from location A to location B. Obviously this was too greater challenge. Carton scanned into truck for delivery today" and has sat there for 3 days so far. No contact phone number for Gisborne depot

Worst service ever had. Paid for express delivery and it’s been 3 days delayed and not yet received. And it will take another 3-4 days i guess because of weekend. Useless and terrible service because you can’t even call to get update as they don’t have contact number. Negative star they deserve but no option.

Terrible company to deal with.ETA for delivery on the website are a general idea of a delivery, when they feel like it.No contact number to get to the depot directly, no option to collect from the depot.When calling the customer service, they referred me back to the sender to escalate the issue, to then have them waste their time, the sender has then advised its a further 48 hours for them to get a resolution.Horrible experience and if you have an option to get delivery, chose another provider.
