Terrible service again and again with Express post. Taking 5 days to deliver a standard box from Kenilworth to Melbourne. The Aust Post customer service suggested I use a different carrier.

What disgusting service. Every sentence filled with sarcasm when I just needed help with my purchase and postage. I was just visiting this lovely little town to leave some $ on my stay. I’ve been living in my big rig travelling Australia and have never seen such rudeness. I’m not sure whether it was the owner or staff. A man around 65-70 years it was who served me. My suggestion if your need for a post office is not urgent, wait and use somewhere else with some friendly service.
