Enjoyed our dinner here. We ordered an eye fillet cooked blue, and it was perfect! The staff was very attentive and the service good.

We absolutely love eating at this venue. There is a real passion for their food and their wine which is the perfect combination. Very pleased to see the doors back open again after covid shutdowns.

Quality food. Friendly staff. Great quiet place for a decent feed in Horsham on a Sunday to catch up with friends. I had the pork belly eggs Benny... Could've used another slice of bread as it was a late lunch for us. Steak sandwich was MASSIVE (maybe I should've stolen half a slice of bread off my friend... HAHAHAHA). The barramundi was reportedly delicious. Still in search of a Salted Cod croquette in Victoria that could echo the memory of Lisbon...

Have been impressed with the menus and dishes in the past but most recent experience was a bit plain.Fan fried gnocchi was good. Asparagus with butter was a bit too plain.Desserts were uninspired:We had nut loaf which seemed like it belonged more on a cafe menu than a dinner restaurant menu. It was served with unsweetened, bland coconut cream. We also had an overly generous serving of unremarkable ice-cream.It’s a shame because I had a dessert here in the past, a goat’s cheese cheesecake, and it was amazing. This place has a well stocked bar and makes good classic cocktails. It’s still possibly the best restaurant in Horsham.

Welcoming staff, shared tables and a menu with some originality with a focus on rustic and great flavours. Protein dishes are very well executed with a good emphasis on vegetables. We have been told that this is a sharing concept but this doesn’t have to be. The onion soup with cheddar toast certainly didn’t lead to sharing but was excellent. We came from out of town and asked what is the best restaurant and I think we got it!

Went here tonight with my partner and we were thoroughly impressed. The way it works is you both/all get a plate and order a meal from each section of the menu and share it.We had a minced pork naan with fennel seeds and pear paste for an entree, then lamb skewers with cauliflower paste and garlic, then pork belly with broccolini and an eye fillet with mash as the mains. Was absolutely beautiful, everything cooked to perfection. The cocktails were also very nice, particularly the Day Drinker. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily go back. Cost $125 in total for the meal excluding drinks, well worth it.

Came for the Baa but got the Moo.Ok first impressions: the place is clean and offers a cosy atmosphere. Looking at the menu there's definitely more moo (beef) than baa (lamb). In fact there was only 1 lamb dish and it was a small platter. The food: despite there being only 1 lamb dish in a restaurant called Baa, the food is DELICIOUS! you pay premium and get premium. Quite surprising combination of flavours and gourmet food for such a remote town. We tried quite a number of the dishes and loved every single one of them. The service: the staff are quite friendly. We went on a Monday night so they didn't have many staff however the place was surprisingly full hence service wasn't the speediest.Overall: if you are looking for a delicious premium meal in the area this is the place! Bookings do seem to be essential. Note if you stay in the hotel they will actually deliver your order to your room.

After a poor experience pre-covid we had not been back to Baa3400, It was the Ducks Nuts then, for about 3 years. We returned this week and whilst the service was prompt, perhaps too prompt, I felt the food was over priced. $160 for two people I felt was excessive for the quantity we received. I appreciate they are catering for a different market from other establishments in Horsham but sadly it's not what we expected.
