The guys at Tune are one of the best bike shop teams I've known. They'll talk to you at length about your bike to help you make the decision which works from you. They're very approachable and work quickly.I customized a bike and needed some work done which wasn't straight forward. They kept me up to date with the work and did it all very economically, reusing parts where possible.

Responsive and reliable and most importantly these guys really care about the bike. I've services road MTB and TTs here and have had great service and results. They take care of the bike and the wallet!! Highly recommended.

Really good customer service got me in over the other bike shops, you could tell Jesse wants to run a good business just by his phone demeanour.I brought my bike in for a refurbishment, I hadn't looked after it. Jesse took his time fixing it and handed me back a bike I think is better than when I bought it.Very happy to recommend this bike shop. I hope they never lose their laid back approach, but professional service as they scale up.

I don't know who writes these reviews, definitely not normal customers.He replaced a complete brake cable and mounted a freewheel cassette, which I had, took me 125 $.He will certainly never be my trusted cyclist.

Had two bikes serviced here over the weekend, and they are running as good as new now. The team was very honest with what exactly the bikes needed and what we could put off doing for another time.Great friendly service and most importantly great work on the bikes.Thanks guys

I had just a quick visit after buying a used bike to get some gear and get it looked at for a service. The guy was happy to pump my tyres and lube my chain while I was picking up a lock etc. The store has awesome style and I would highly recommend checking it out!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was having issues with my bike and needed repairs on my gears. They offered quick service, explained the issue in detail and went above and beyond any other bike store.If you ride, you have to go to Tune BikeWorks.
