Unable to hold renters to tenancy agreements. Beware of whom managers your property.*Edit*Owners response is poor. I have tried to communicate with Jessica Elliot originally and then yourself the owner Maureen but you do not respond to communication. This is not an unwarranted deformation of your business but a warranted rewiew and an experience I feel inclined to share with others. I am not a renter or applicant.

Alex and Maureen managed my property from 2014 till 2022, until we decided to sell. All round just a fantastic experience. Property was always cared for, and sold at a great price. Always great communication, very easy at every point. Thanks guys!

Maureen, Alex and Team are Amazing, Humble, Understanding, Hard working, Passionate, Genuine Human beings that run a well oiled Team who are not only patient and courteous but also always put their customer's/tenants first.Long story short, we were looking for a cozy rental property for my mum who is a pensioner and widower. Maureen and Alex were like Guardian Angels through the entire process and were an absolute delight/treasure to deal with. Their customer service, communication, clarity, honesty, attention to detail in the entire process was flawless.They are a team that know what they are doing and also are easily approachable throughout the process of renting from start to finish. Selling - best agency hands down, the team was great. Alex the agent/owner was fantastic in the way he was able to realistically value our property for sale and not tried to undercut for a quick sale.Renting - same as above, the team was fantastic in the way they able to get us into a property in their portfolio and the process was very easy, Jessica the rental agent was very helpful and easy to talk to and made the process very great.Honestly 5 stars is not enough for the service that has been given by their whole team and I hope all future rentals/ buying and selling can be with them.
