Super disappointed. terrible pricing.Booked and came in store twice for puppy washing but nothing had been done. Waste of time.Service is terrible. When the staff(the male on Friday) returned my puppy, the harness was totally in a wrong way and puppy felt very uncomfortable. Staff is supposed to be professional, unfortunately, they are NOT.

Helpful advice and friendly, thorough service every single visit for 2 years now. Sales are great and regular, points system really worth joining. I walk away after every purchase thinking about how good the service is. It’s like being in a country town. Definitely recommend this store to anyone with a pet.

PETstock is one stop shop for all my pups needs , not only a convenient shop but knowledgeable customer service skills despite which branch I go to, their prices are simply exceptional, I often ask for special priced items , or a rough estimate on when they going on special.

Staffs are always friendly and helpful here. Took my dog there for his first clipping and grooming experience. Dog came out happy and gorgeous. Groomers there are so kind and professional. Would definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Large range of pet supplies for just about every pet imaginable. Great friendly staff and spotlessly clean store. Staff also seem very knowledgeable..They offer a loyalty program with additional discounts after accumulating a certain amount of points. They also have self serving dog wash machines and a great professional grooming service.prices are a little higher than another large pet supplies Ive used so I give them a 4 out of 5..
