I have been going here for 9 years with 4 animals, and I'm sad to say that when it came to ''the end'' for both my cat and dog, I was discarded like trash. 'We are busy. We'll call you back.'' No calls. Kept calling. "'Yeah we'll call you back''. No call back. Multiple times with my cat and dog

Staff was very friendly with both myself and my Frenchie Hugo. I didn't have to wait too long & was given good information on all the questions I asked. Definitely be Hugo's regular vet. Thanks

They are extremely kind and very professional. Stephanie is wonderful, and very caring with animals. Unfortunately I had to put down my nearly 22 year old cat, and she and the staff were very compassionate.Thank you for all your help

The team here are unbelievably helpful and friendly.Reasonably priced and fair with good, honest advice.We've brought all our pets here and they are comfortable and relaxed coming in where they haven't been comfortable going to other vets in the past.Having lost a pet recently the staff were attentive and comforting and organised the cremation and services for us which was a fantastic help when we were mourning.Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been a client of Springwood Veterinary Clinic for just over 20yrs. I have attended with 3 dogs over the years. I recently had to have my 17yr old JRT rescue put to sleep. Andrew and the staff at the clinic could not have been more caring and helpful at a very traumatic time in my life.Over the years I have always found Andrew to be very knowledgeable in his treatment but the most impressive thing has always been his ability to explain treatments or issues in the simplest terms. I have also found that he does not try to empty my wallet with expensive or unnecessary treatments.Staff have always been helpful and caring in my various times of need. Management has gone out of their way to organise medication when I have been caught short at times. I would always recommend Springwood Vets to anyone with furry family members. 15/10 STARS.

Springwood Veterinary are the best...I have always found them to be very honest, they always follow up ..and they don't overcharge.. everyone that I've dealt with there has been very professional and accommodating.. and importantly they do care and have gone out of the way on more than one occasion. Springwood vets have always been my regular vet clinic even though i no longer reside in the mountains i still make the trip up to see them for all my pets needs.Andrew is by far the best vet i have ever delt with. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and he remembers his paitents. I will always come to Springwood vets when needed.

Springwood Vets looked after my little guy Monte for his check up and injections. The clinic itself is very open and inviting and all the staff were extremely friendly and I am so glad to have found a wonderful new vet in the area. Harvey and Monte will be safe and well looked after in their hands.

We have been going here for years now and are always happy with the service and price. We have had rabbit, Guinea pigs and dogs.

Disorganised, uncaring and inconsiderate reception and management - quite simply not up to the task at best, and inappropriate at worst. The left hand isn’t talking to the right, and as a result things slip through the system, with negative impact on us and our pup. We booked our 9 week old puppy into their puppy preschool, got told it was to start in 3-4 weeks (now). Puppy preschool / socialisation of pups must happen between 8 and 16 weeks old, or else they miss a fundamental development milestone and can effect their future training and manners from here on in.Vet checked our puppy and said he is to start puppy preschool now. Puppy preschool management calls and says they won’t take him because 1. they now don’t have space in the puppy preschool (despite having booked him in 3.5 weeks prior) 2. he is of working stock so should go to 'obedience training immediately'... the vet knew his stock and prescribed puppy preschool.... plus he isn’t even old enough vaccination wise for obedience training .... to wait until then would use up the last 4 week window we have to correct this issue, yet management seemingly isn’t looking at his record when prescribing a different plan of action to what the vet laid out, seemingly without consultation with the vet.The lack of knowledge and attention to detail is not helpful. Now we are left with only 4 weeks of this important window in his development , and all other schools are now booked out in the area. The manager seemed to not care about this, had no other suggestions, and had an uncaring approach to the problem. When we tried to explain the issue and point out we needed a solution, management was defensive and passive aggressive. Very difficult to get through to and to deal with.A simple call weeks ago, to tell us they were fully booked would have been appropriate, and some suggestions to where else to go that was recommended, would have been helpful. Now we are left in a position of potentially having our pup not socialised appropriately because of this, missing the age appropriate window. Seemingly zero understanding and care from management on this important part of the puppy care plan. Puppy preschools in the are all booked out. We’ve lost our window.All in all, not organised enough, and most importantly, not caring enough. I have run businesses for 20 years, if I make a mistake that effects my client, I take the utmost care to make them feel understood and cared for, and bend over backwards to find them a solution.The passive aggression from the manager was inappropriate. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s no way to treat your customers when you are in the wrong, and have put your customer’s pup at a serious disadvantage due to your lack of diligence and organisation.I never leave negative reviews, truely never. All my Google reviews to date have been positive and glowing, but this one deserves it.
