I've been seeing chiropractors on and off for 15 years. I've been here to see Dr Cindy twice, thinking I would give her a second chance. She was quite rude on both occasions. It started with snide remarks about my supposedly misshapen head and wreck of a body, including admonishments about not stretching or seeing a chiro more regularly, questions about why I would be sore after doing F45, as she thinks if I have been doing it for a while I should no longer be sore at all, even if I am increasing my weights or fitness after having a baby 4 months ago. A lot of unnecessary probing about my childhood culminated today in asking if I was slow to grasp numbers and words, with surprise when I said that I wasn't, as according to her people with plagiocephaly reportedly are usually much slower with such lofty concepts. An inappropriate joke about how people who do F45 keep people like her in business, and I've had enough of her unprofessional comments and poor bedside manner.In terms of her skills, whilst strong and able to apply the right amount of pressure, I found her to be a bit more rushed and rougher than previous chiropracters that I've visited. She didn't always take the time to ensure my body was in the right position or that I was ready before every adjustment. I will not be returning.

My first initial appointment I had with Marcus I could straight away see that he cares so much about his clients and is super passionate about making you live your life to your fullest potential, staying healthy and happy.I absolutely love getting my weekly adjustments,The staff at Provolution Health are genuine and it is such a comfortable and positive environment to be in. If you are looking into going to a Chiropractor I do recommend these guys they are awesome :D

Marcus truly is amazing at his work.I regularly visit Marcus for my adjustments and everytime I am adjusted I feel so much happier and my mood is lifted immediately.I am currently suffering back pain from lifting weights and general exercise. I often wake up very stiff and sore and this feeling continues throughout the day.Seeing Marcus has helped me eliminate this pain.I also love the way he abs all his staff make you feel. There is so much warmth and joy when you step into Provolution Health.I highly recommend Marcus and his team

I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The ladies on reception are super friendly and warm. Marcus made me feel at ease immediately and he has a great sense of humor. He is enormously knowledgable and I have no doubt I’m in great hands. Everything is clearly explained to me at each visit and Marcus takes the time to teach me and widen my understanding of what I’m dealing with and why and the process involved in healing. It’s very empowering. I had significant improvement in my pain after only one visit. I look forward to my appointments!
