If I could give them half a star I would do so. Went in the morning to buy new wipers and also requested service to swap the old ones for new. They said Nope - too busy.There were 5 customers in the store. The wiper service would have taken 2 minutes.So I took my business to another Supercheap store who although had more customers at their checkout immediately looked after me. I spent $150 buying other stuff from the store. It’s incredible that in this difficult retail environment, a store would turn down business. I rather now drive 20 minutes to that other store than spend money at the Preston store.

Purchased a few things from the team out in Preston they’re by far the best representatives of any supercheap I have ever visit I would drive out of my way to purchase from the Preston team. I would like to thank Hamza for his very helpful and pleasant approach customer services need a lesson off this guy on how to treat customers. Amazing service!!

Quite new modern store really well lit and not as crowded as some other, older Supercheaps. Seems to have much more branded products compared to a normal Supercheaps which seem to stock mostly their own house brands. Quite good prices too. I'd been in an Autobarn earlier in the day and was visiting the Priceline in the same centre. I was surprised to see the same products is seen in Autobarn, quite a bit cheaper here, and in one case, $15, instead of $25 for an item. ......a large saving indeed. Plenty of parking outside and staff were helpful, knowing exactly where items I was interested in were located.

Went in to buy a new battery for my car. What was an already stressful day was made more so by the lack of service I was presented with. I was sent down the back of the shop though no one was there to offer assistance. When j returned to make my purchase I felt the two behind the counter were dragging their feet to process the order for me. Not sure what I was expecting but a bit of professionalism and initiative to assist a confused customer would have gone a long way.
