Moe and Kam are lovely, polite and professional and as a huge bonus are exceptional at what they do. They have an amazing eye for detail and recognised and repaired faults in my roof on the spot. They also installed their RSPro roofVentilation system on our very odd roof and wow does it look the part! Subtle to say the very least. The units are super quiet and basically silent compared to my old ventilator. The roof space is noticeably cooler even though it’s a hot day. Great product designed and built right here in Australia. We met the team from Roof Scoop Ventilation at the Sydney Home Show and were very impressed by their ventilation solution and professionalism. We had a long standing issue with no ventilation in our roof space making upstairs unbearable without using A/C on even mild days but didn't want to install anything that would protrude from the roof and interfere with the aesthetics of the home. The team installed their Roof Scoop solution using four intakes and two exhausts which are hardly visible when looking at our roof and I waited till we had a 30 degree day before writing this review. What a huge difference, it's early afternoon and we still haven't had to turn on the A/C - what a brilliant innovation, we couldn't be happier.

Overall review:- Moe took the time to speak and teach me about roof construction and repairs.- He maintained communication i.e. costs, contracts, work activities, pictures.- He was very respectful when coming into my home and treated my family with respect.- He is on time, does not take advantage of you, and was able to provide his due diligence on every single step of the way from contract creation to finishing the build work and following up with customer.Summary:I have not slept well since 2021. I shiver in fear each time it rains, knowing that my roof and ceiling can collapse on my family any moment. Since 2021, my life has been in a constant loop of finishing work at 7PM -- rushing to eat -- and doing research on all the technical complexities of fixing a leaking roof. My morning is filled with calling several builders and organising roof inspections, gathering quotes. Since 2021, I have been exhausted and burned by multiple-trademen who was not able to fix my leaking roof.As the youngest child of an immigrant, it is my responsibility to ensure my family is protected from leaking rain and almost collapsing roofs. It is my responsibility to do my utmost research and most importantly, translate and transcribe for my family to fix this roof. This is the burden that I have carried on my shoulders for a very long time.What does it mean to be a tradesmen? What does it take to be a tradesmen?I think of Moe from RoofScoop as the defining example to this question. He has made my process of understanding each step of the repair very easy and was able to have the patience to deal with my frustrating family and mountainous lists of questions & demands. Very friendly and professional called them because I thought my whirlybird was making noise to get it swaped out, they installed the ventilation system very quickly. It turned out it was my neighbours whirlybirds that was making the noise, they got on his roof to inspect his whirlybirds and confirmed the noise was coming from there.Very professional and very helpful.
