Amanda is an amazing consultant, great videos and demomstrations, knowledgeable and confident with sharing, inspiring and creating. Responds to post and will always offer help or assistance where she can. I love watching her journey espcially from garden to plate cooking. It has inspired my family to eat clean, healthy, preservative and chemical free cooking.
