Just stood for 2 minutes waiting to get served. 6 or so staff out back looking after take away and drive through. They must be more important so I walked out. There is no reason why someone can't be on the front counter to serve customer who actually walk into the shop for service.

There food is OK but don't think they will survive much longer, since I received their latest coupons about a month ago went in-store on numerous occasions to claim them hardly any one their these days at all times of day. Good luck Red Rooster ROCKHAMPTON.

My daughter and I recently had to stay in Rockhampton twice in one week. We chose a quarter chicken dinner at Both the Red Rooster shops on different days. and I am so glad we did. It was delicious, plenty of lovely baked vegetables and the meal was piping hot and a generous serving of chicken. Thank you to both stores for a lovely dinner.

Very terrible service as I was picking my orderAnd the staff was very lazy as I was waiting there for last 30 minutes whereas there was only one customer in the restaurant.I don't know what they are doing.It was very frustrating

The chicken came fresh from the oven, it's really nice to eat. The fries cooks really well and very crunchy. My pineapple fritters are really nice, crumbed and cooked well and not oily. The staff are friendly.

Ordered online… hour later.. guy turns up with bottle of coke, no food.. rang and told my food hadnt even been made yet, they mixed up my order.. they blamed doordash.. still waiting for my food

As far as takeaway goes it was satisfying, and I received everything I asked for :). Can't ask much more then that.

Love red rooster but hate when you don't get the extras that you pay for it couldn't be hard to check the docket before sending the food out to the customer
