I needed a hot water system replaced. I had heard from friends that S&J were the best at what they do so I called and was not disappointed. The tradesman was on time, polite, neat and explained everything that needed to be done.Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing gas work done.

Great work from the guys today running in a new Gas line. Helped get the HWS and Stove running again. Friendly and fast service!

Martin was excellent and extremely professional and attentive. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing to address the issue of our blocked pipes and was genuinely nice to talk to. I would highly recommend and will not hesitate in contacting in the future.

Martin is friendly, explained what went wrong and how to fix, and fixed the tank leaking issue in 1.5 hours including going to the plumber store to get the replacement parts. It's quite pricey ($500+ for 1.5 hour of fixing work + .5 hour of pack up time). I was surprised that they counted in the pack up time (putting stuff back to their car) at the end and the time taken for them to issue the e-invoice, which took another 30 minutes on top of the 1.5 hours of fixing the issue. The reason I was so sure of the amount of time for their packing up was I happened to check on the progress when they told me they finished fixing it and will start packing up. Satisfied with the quality of the service but not the cost :)

Sand J Plumbing have done work for us when we have had plumbing problems several times. They know what they are doing and I have been more than satisfied with their service and work on every occassion. I highly recommend this company.
