I always have a great time in this store but particularly this past Friday with Figs and Leysh (hope I got that right). Figs was so helpful and so friendly, I genuinely had such a nice experience thank you!

I would shop here more if it wasn't for the staff. I was walking past in the quiet time of the afternoon about 4pm, the shop was empty. I could see the 3 staff excitedly talking/working in the front and expected that I would get asked for help and such which is fine. Before I had even stepped into the shop one of the girls saw I was approaching and started screaming out to me from the counter out the door to come in and welcome. It was so off putting, I know they are bored and its expected they have to be a certain way to work there but calm down love its just a bath bomb maybe read the room - or mall..

The staff here are incredible, especially Leilu, honestly sometimes I just pop in to say hi (and usually end up buying something) because there is such a welcoming vibe.

A nice girl named Figz served me today. She was super sweet and patient. She gave me many good suggestions about the products. I will 100% go back to the lush shop to buy more next time:))
