I have stayed in both Mollymook Beach Waterfront apartments and they without doubt deserve a five star rating. Ken and June are wonderful hosts and are always extremely helpful.I have stayed in many ocean front apartments and these rate as no. 1 for me due to the following reasons:Amazing view, quiet location but close to cafes and beautiful beach and bush walks, extremely clean, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully decorated, extra inclusions such as beach towels, umbrellas, Netflix, DVDs, books, magazines. The starter pack is extremely generous and includes wine, snacks and breakfast supplies.I intend to return regularly to these outstanding apartments.

My partner and I stayed at Ken and June's 'Whale Watching' apartment and couldn't believe the level of hospitality and care we were provided. Ken and June made sure we knew all the great places to visit on our trip as well as the fantastic local restaurants to try. We felt extremely welcomed as soon as we arrived and will definitely be back!The apartment itself has a gorgeous view of the ocean where we saw both surfers and dolphins riding the waves. The rooms were so tidy and comfortable; we truely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Ken and June!

I stayed in December last year (2021) and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience! Ken & June were absolutely fantastic and made us feel extremely welcome from the start. If you're planning to stay in Mollymook, this is the place to be. Can't wait to visit again soon!

After our first stay at Mollymook Beach apartments in December 2022 we left feeling that this was a holiday visit we wanted to make as often as we could. The apartment has everything you could need, practical and tasteful furnishing and a magnificent view.Our hosts Ken and June made us feel so welcome. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. A chance to just unwind , enjoy the beach, dine at top class restaurants and cafes. All this in an atmosphere provided by Ken and June that makes Mollymook Beach apartments feel like our “home away from home”.Cathie and John

Ken and June are the perfect hosts. Our 'Reef Break' apartment was excellent in every way. Clean, well-equipped, quiet. The starter goodies made us feel very welcome. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations. And the view from the apartment was even better than we expected. It is also very close to everything Mollymook has to offer - great walks, beaches, cafes. We had a great holiday and would not hesitate in recommending the Waterfront apartments.

Mollymook Beach Waterfront is a wonderful place to have a couples get away. Ken and June are lovely hosts who welcome you and then disappear for the stay unless you need them. Facilities are lovely and clean with really comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and with a dishwasher so a home away from home without having to worry about the mundane side of life. A welcome pack always included in the fridge with a cheeky bottle of wine added. Close to many fabulous restaurants in the area and a short walk to the Mollymook Club for a meal or coffee and to sit and watch the water. Views from the back deck are superb to watch the surfers in action or passing whales if you are really lucky. We love it and keep coming back.

Very enjoyable accommodation the unit was well equipped and spotless with great ocean views. The welcome pack was thoughtfully prepared and lasted our stay.

We have travelled globally for decades, and ocean view is always a priority for accommodation. Without any hesitation we can say this apartment has one of the very best views from its private patio that we have seen anywhere, ever. Uninterrupted front stalls view to surfers, dolphins and whales.Our very friendly and helpful hosts, Ken and June really have nailed it! They have worked out how to provide understated, first class, 5 star 1 bedroom apartments, in a quiet location, with restaurants shops and wonderful National Park walks all close by.But wait… there’s more… wonderful hospitality, a stocked fridge and welcome hamper that knocked our socks off. Mollymook Beach Waterfront apartments offer the best accommodation on the coast between Nowra and Batemans Bay. The apartments are very spacious with wonderful presentation. The bed is extremely comfortable and the view from the living area and outdoor area is to die for. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the extra amenities and food provided was just that extra touch for such an enjoyable stay. We stayed 9 nights and even though the weather was not great we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the apartment and surrounding area. I have to say a big thank you to Ken and June for providing such wonderful accommodation and the being the perfect hosts. regards Terry and Narelle Jackson.

My husband and I recently enjoyed the outstanding accommodation and venue of Mollymook Beach Waterfront. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. Ken and June have thought of everything and are so welcoming and hospitable. Built on a headland, the view was simply extraordinary!! The apartment is quiet, internally and externally and a short stroll takes you to the beach and Mollymook golf club and cafes. Although we have stayed in many places on the South Coast 'Waterfront' has captured our hearts and we have already booked our return for next year. Definitely a 5 star experience.
