One of the best macarons patisserie in Victoria. Glad to know them at the Japan Festival.

My wife and I have shared a love for Japanese strawberry shortcake since our honeymoon there years ago, and it remains a delicious little ritual of ours to have (many of) them in different regions of Japan when we visit.In an attempt to recreate the experience locally (given the travel restrictions), we scouted and tried many local options, and Kai Patisserie’s Chantilly a la Fraise Japanese Shortcake has been the most delicious - it was a beautifully enjoyable fresh, light, and harmonious balance of flavour and texture.Will definitely have this again, and very much looking forward to trying their other creations!

Absolutely delicious roll cakes and wonderful service! I’ve enjoyed the way the talented patissier pairs the flavours.

I was googling for a local bakery near me for a special birthday cake and stumble across Kai Pattiserie. The cakes from the website look beautiful. There were only a few reviews, although they were all good, so initially I was hesitant. However, reading Kai Pattiserie story, I decided to order the 'Chantilly a la Fraise Japanese Shortcake'We were not disappointed. It was very delicious and light, fluffy and well balanced.Everyone enjoyed the beautiful cake.Thanks Kai for the lovely cake.

The Lychee cake is too delicious! Not too sweet and very pretty!
