Told them the problem with my washing machine and they diagnosed it instantly and sold me what was needed to fix it.

Other than costing 600 dollars getting no refund on parts will now won't answer ph we had to buy new fridge pathetic.

These guys were brilliant. Super helpful, communicative, and fixed really quickly. Great job guys.

Rang said they would ring back. 2 days later I rang again as had no return call, got answering machine on multiple occasions, left messages and still no return phone call. Had to go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Had our fridge freezer serviced & new parts put in & 3 months later same thing not keeping temperatures so rang again with another service call & another part put in & week later same thing having to go out & buy a new fridge & $600 dollars out pocket. I have rang them to too if they wanted their parts back with a reimbursement but I’ve had no reply with the messages I’ve left on their phone. The service guys were good but very unhappy that they don’t replace $$’s that were under warranty.

Our Samsung front loader came up with a door lock error. These guys came out for 5 mins @ $120 and confirmed a door lock error, and that we needed a new lock. We went ahead with the quote and 2 weeks after that we received an invoice stating repaired, tested, works, although they hadn't actually returned. We questioned this and was told that it was supposed to be a quote rather than an invoice and asked if we wanted to go ahead despite going ahead a few weeks prior. A few weeks passed again with numerous calls to chase them up when the technician announced that it was actually a circuit board problem instead. Many more weeks passed, with countless trips to the laundromat and more than 10 calls to the staff who passed the buck. On Jan 16 we bought a new machine as they still hadn't contacted us. The process with this company started November 16. I guess the question you need to ask yourself, is how long can I get away with not washing the family's clothes?" These dealings are the reason we live in a replace rather than repair society."

Communication seems to be at a bit of a low. I put my fridge in to get it re-gassed. I was advised by the secretary that they could do the work. They said that they would need it for a whole day. Fair enough. I gave them all of the fridge details three weeks prior to the appointment date,so that they could locate the parts prior to its arrival, also with photos showing the fridge in full operation with the temperature guage readings in both the fridge and freezer compartments. I also supplied the daytime temperatures for each day of the tests. When I came back to pick my fridge up, they were only doing temperature checks on it. They had done nothing to fix the problem and still charged me a service fee for doing their temperature checks on it. If the fridge is unfixable, the least they could do is give you a call and say that we don't fix this style of fridge

John arrived today to see my iced over fridge. He was very professional and explained everything as he went about his business. His advice was very fair and I would heartily recommend them to everyone. Many thanks
