Absolutely appalling service. After having my iMac looked at and being told it was fixed, it took 30 minutes of use to realise it was not fixed. After taking it back, I made contact multiple times each time being told i would be called back but never was. The customer service person told me in her words, she did not have time to give her full attention to one customer hence why i was not called back. She constantly interrupted me and hung up whilst i was talking.The issue was not fixed and i was treated extremely poorly.Unbelievably disgusted with how this business operates

DO NOT" take your device to this company firstly they ask for $60 to even give u a quote than the ask for another $210 for just the screen to be replaced and when U get it back U have to take it somewhere else because it has more problems than when u gave it to them would not recommend"

Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, they explained to me what was wrong in terms I could understand, and took the time to answer every question I had, very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend them if you have any computer issues, don't waste your time trying to fix it yourself
