We so enjoyed your Free Range Sliced Boneless Leg Ham, for the the first time today. As a couple, it's really good having just those 4 big slices to a pack and we chose it on appearance, information and particularly because it was nitrate free.The ham had a good colour, was simply packed and not all 'wet' like many, but most important of all, had a delicious, home-baked ham smokey taste.Will definitely be buying this again. Good on you for following the centuries old traditional methods; wonderful to experience goods from Australian producers making such a great effort.

Have enjoyed this bacon in the past,but very disappointed with the last pack bought. The rashers were sliced paper thin & impossible to separate without tearing to pieces.
