When we first discussed with Shane the possibility of selling our house, his advice could have not been more honest. Now is not the time to sell were his words, if you can delay for a while you will have a much better result. 6 months later when we were discussing the market again his advice was that now was the time to sell. Everyone said we would not get the price we wanted, especially on a COVID environment of 2020. Not only did we get the price we wanted, we sold in only a week and a half on the market.
