Best BBQ in Jervis Bay! You provide the fatty meat, and they’ll cook it to perfection! If you don’t like BBQ, give one of their steamed options a try! Even your kids will enjoy the servings!(BBQ=workout, Fatty meat=my dad bod, Steamed option =sauna, and kids classes offered)

This is Box one of the gems: great coaching, awesome community and culture, challenging but empowering workouts. Came down from Sydney and trained there whilst on holiday - would come back to Jervis Bay just for the gym!

Crossfit Jervis Bay is the place to train..the knowledge the coaches have is unbelievable.It is welcoming and friendly and they have an awesome community that attends..if you need somewhere to train, definitely give them a call, you won't be disappointed..
