I went in looking for some stealth mounts for my drills and driver but my brand is almost always out of stock everywhere. Jordan offered to check that the stealth mounts for another brand were compatible and today I was able to keep half a dozen screws on my driver at all times which was much more convenient. Thanks Guys.

Went in the other day for a drill bit and, not only did I leave with my drillbit but I’m also now mowing my lawn with an EGO lawnmower. Great service, thankyou.

Hands down the worst service I have had the misfortune of experiencing. Save the grief and go somewhere else. The guys working there are too busy talking amongst themselves to offer any help. Go to trade tools or Sydney tools and stay away from these lazy people.

Terrible service. Placed an order in store checked on it two weeks later and they had not placed it. Assured me it was placed and would call me when it arrived. 4 weeks later checked in again, I was told the order still hadn’t been placed. Assured me it’s placed now should be here soon . It’s back to Trade Tools for me where competent adults work behind the counter.

Went in to the store for 4 items but they only had 1 and the 1 that they had was the display model even though the website said they had 1 in stock. The staff weren’t very helpful or knowledgeable.
