Expert Decking and Tiling

From jumping over our neighbors fence into our backyard without our knowledge, to delivering a decking that was shorter than our agreement, to short gutter pipes, missing post, rubbish leftover in our backyard - it's unfortunate that his involvement to close of the work is nowhere near his excitement displayed when wanting to win the job. Over-promise, under-deliver. Paid in full (final payment) but never came back to hold his end of the bargain. Now two months since the works are completed and just excuses after excuses - we just want to move on.

AVOID THIS GUY HE HAS SO MANY COURT ORDERS FOR HIS DODGY WORKMANSHIP HE WILL RAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE TO FIX AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

Our experience when dealing with Az was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had with trades , the lies, unresponsiveness and dishonesty like we've never experiencedWe signed up with a 50% deposit which should have been a big a red flag, receiving daily calls from a mystery lady in his office to make the deposit, when I requested a further 10% discount it was quickly agreed so the deposit could be received. We were promised the job would start in a few weeksThen the lies and dishonesty started....we were given every excuse under the sun from the old standard Covid to the material for the boards was stuck in China, to manufacturer of the boards was waiting on new parts ..... just to name a fewFast forward 8 months and we had some new gates, a pergola and still no decking so the conversation quickly turned to litigation and demands from us for refunding the deposit and suddenly everything was ready to go. The deck was magically installed and then the unrelenting requests for money started which I understand people need to get paid but only when the job is complete and handed over it was very awkward knowing the trades people who worked on the job for Az hadn't been paid they were owed money and my balance outstanding was their money.My experience with this company is exactly the same as every other unhappy person in this review section. I'm now unsure about the quality of the material used for these boards and how they will stand up to the hot Perth sun because we've already noticed a big stretch in boards , only time will tell

Had composite decking installed in June 2021 ( $14k worth) & was very happy with the finished product but as the hot weather arrived in Nov the decking & facia boards started buckling & screws popping. Az came around 2 weeks later & inspected & said that he would return to replace buckled & discoloured slats as required. Its now 5 months & Az still saying he will attend once replacement slats are available.Stay tuned for more updates..Well here we are now in March 2023, the matter is now in the hands of Building & Energy to resolve, many, many issues with this decking, from expansion, buckling, incorrect fixings, planks fading & broken promises of repairs. Its been 15 months of constant chasing, message me if you need any further info.

Completely dishonest company. Deck installed wrongly with wrong screws, wrong clips, wrong installation, wrong expansaion gap, stirups not used as per quoted but used wood post intead. The whole decking ended up buckled with clips slipped out, screws sheered and decking completely ruined. After inspected Az say they will come back to fix it and falsely claim that is the manufacturing defect of the product but never turned up and never picked up calls anymore. We have then gone to building commision and they have ordered the company to fix the decking. Az even fabricated false statement that I supplied the decking boards, screws and clips myself in his defence that it is not his fault for the defects. However the company did not comply with order either. It has been 10 months and still unresolved. If you wish to have a completely disasterous experience, they are the perfect choice!

Our review would be 0 stars if possible.We were recommended Az by our builders and we had nothing but trouble with the company. From day one they were unable to complete the deck in the quoted time, fair enough with a global pandemic creating supply shortages. 3 months after the time they were meant to start they finally started putting down the frame work - both not the material quoted or even the correct size. In order to speed along the installation that was then 3 months over due we compromised yet again only to be told that the actually decking material we wanted couldn't be sourced. Back to the board again for solutions - the end result being us shelling out additional $$ for a simple pine deck which they would paint to seal using the paint we had to go buy in addition the what we had already paid for (which again was still not correct). This solution of using cheaper more readily available decking was on the provision of recieving a refund of at least $600 - which we have in writing, that was also never received. Basically the only time he bothered to get back to us was under threat of legal action and even then he was extremely unprofessional in both communication, he ghosted us and hasn't taken any calls/text/emails since July, as well as quality of service. Currently we are waiting to hear back from ACCC who have forwarded our complaints to the relevant offices to seek legal action. we will continue to see how things go with our complaint but have decided enough was enough and we needed to let people know that dealing with this company has been one of the most trying and upsetting things we have had to do. learn from our mistake and don't ever pay in full on the promise of being guaranteed work completed by a certain date, even if someone reputable recommended a company, as we have now been left with a deck that is nothing like what we paid for and no chance of getting money back without a legal fight.(Az - if you do happen to see this please know we have tried so many times to work with and compromise with you. We have every bit of communication documented, including all the unanswered texts and call logs showing how hard we tried to let you do the right thing)

Worst experience of our life with a contractor. Azad wasn’t able to deliver what he promised, he lied to us relentlessly about timing of delivery and installation and then didn’t tell us for 5 months that he couldn’t actually make the composite decking he’d promised us. He kept telling us he was installing the deck so we’d leave our dog inside all day and then no one showed up and we weren’t even told about it. We had to continually follow up with him and he stopped taking our calls. He then wouldn’t offer us a full refund and then lied to us about making the partial refund payments so we had to follow up for weeks to get any money from him. It was a very awful and stressful experience and we hope this review stops other people from having to go through this. Avoid this company, Azad is a liar and a terrible businessman. If you do still choose to go through this company, don’t pay him any money until you see the materials arrive at your house/business.

Surely great work, just accepted the quote and promptly got it done, time to enjoy the deck, surely recommend................. All the best guys
