We booked a Taxi in advance to pick up 16yo from her shift at Hungry Jacks Forster to Forster keys.They sent the taxi to taree! 4 phone calls later, they sent one to KFC.An hour and a half later and numerous phone calls on hold, the poor kid finally got home. Totally unacceptable. Never again!And when we spoke to a manager they were not apologetic and hung up. Abysmal service. Bring back local Forster Taxis

This has to be the very worst taxi service in NSW45 minute wait at 8:00 on a chilly Monday night to return home after dinnerNot surprising really when your booking is being managed by a call centre located in Sydney!!!!An embarrassment that is costing and will cost local businesses much needed revenues

Absolutely amazing taxi service when it's actually provided, the app is ridiculous to use and taxi drives never se to respond and can't even call the local office to talk to a human operator they really just need to do better

We Waited an hour and a half, after three phone calls saying there on there way" for a cab that never existed. There were no drivers on last night and we weren't informed

Seriously the worst taxi service I have ever dealt with. Only reason I used these hopeless flops was because they were the only ones offering a maxi taxi. It took 2 hours to get a taxi and we received absolutely no update on what was happening, we had to ring up “every now and then” to get an update on what was happening. Operator lady couldn’t even spell “Ruins” lol

Picked up within a few minutes and taken too two different destinations first to drop my friends of and 2nd to take me home after a few cocktails with lunch lady driver was so so so good Nd service was the best 10 outa 10

If i could give less than 1 star - I would. The most terrible experience i've ever had in a taxi. No air-con, no radio, driver didn't even crack a window. Quoted the trip & forced us to pay prior to take off - Arrived at destination & informed we had to pay more money because they'd quoted us incorrectly. We conversed & came to an agreement that the extra monies shouldn't be paid only to receive a call from the company 1 week later threatening police action if we didn't make payment of the extra money immediately. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Automated ordering is useless. Taxi never arrived. Finally got to speak to a lady - can't guarantee time taxi will arrive". Unacceptable service in 2023. No wonder UBER are doing so well ."
