Without the worst person in the world to use should you be purchasing or selling a property. He over charged for his services raven though we had a quote from him and some how lost the transfer documents and payment for land tax stamping.I only found out because I was unable to pay my rates and could not file my building plans with council. He stated that the stamps office lost the documents. It took 6 months to sort this out because he eventually found his lost file. The story and lies this person tells is incredible.
