Village Gardens Lowood is quite a nice place, it is very peaceful and everyone normally keeps to themselves although everyone there are such friendly people who love a conversation here and there and are always respectful. The speed limit is 10km whilst driving around but the parking lot on your left as you’re driving in near the mailboxes is where most visitors park whereas owners or tenants have there own designated driveways. Cats are allowed but no dogs as far as I know. The grounds are maintained very well and also there is concrete building which has a room with dryers and washing machines if needing to do a load.They are quite big and cost $4 in $1 coins.

Great place for over 40s without kids or pets to have a place to call home without paying expensive rent prices
