As a customer waiting at the table so that staff member comes and take a order but that didn’t happen so me and my daughter had to order at the front register after 5 minutes 2 ladies came and sit next to us and then the staff member came to the table and took the orders from them Just because they were wearing scaf on there heads that’s not right after that some more customers came and they took there orders on there table Big name of the restaurant meals and sweets and cakes are wonderfull but staff members are not doing things right

Holy moly... Lived in the area for years and drive past here almost daily. Felt like desserts this afternoon and thought I should finally check it out. Boy was I in for a treat :)Delecious food/sweets? Check!Clean and well maintained? Check!Great customer service? Check!Affordable? Check!Really nice people serving really nice food. Will be back and can't wait to try all the other things on the menu :)

I really enjoyed this place. It's open till the late hours of the night, so very convenient to drop in and grab some dessert. It serves all kind of middle eastern desert with ample of varieties. They also have a large milk shake menu which is very different to anything I've ever seen. It tastes great too. Loved their knafe. Would definitely come back again if in the area.

Very nice location and interior, great variety and options, many staff and are helpful.The sweets themselves don't taste very authentic and not like home made, also their coffees aren't great.Traditional coffee is very nice, their sahlab is very sweet and thick.I would recommend their crepes also.

Went for sweets and coffee with the family today and had a lovely experience from entering the cafe. The variety of sweets and desserts is huge and of high quality! We ordered an array of biscuits, baklava, sweets, Nutella crepes, and cake. All were creatively and beautifully presented- the crepes done so fun and bright for the kids! We loved it! And the young girl who assisted us today- (sorry I didn’t get yr name ! ) was a gem! She was polite and very patient with us! This is a gem for dessert and coffee in Roxy!

I recommend the Lebanese cocktails and crepes ! Great for birthdays as they play the song on the speakers and play the darbuka. I liked how the baklava wasn’t too sweet or syrupy like other places. Staff was friendly to me. Great for families or with friends.

Very disappointed and angry to see tables, chairs and flower pots set up outside in a disabled carpark!! When I spoke to the owners, she replied with the carpark is privately owned and the owner has permission from the council, sounds like garbage to me! Also said there are some disabled spots down the back (hmm right away from the entrance to the restaurants!). Would not support this business at all. See attached photos!

The ladies who work in this shop are rude and don't behave properly with customers, every time I went there, they behaved like this, and my worst experience was on my birthday, we had taken a cake with us and wanted to order Shisha and tea. but the lady who worked there said that you can't have your cake here, so we accepted , We said ok, so let us take a photo with it, she said (no!!!it is not good for our customers to bring this cake inside, you have to put it in your car). We accepted again!! and we wanted order but the lady said ( I can't take yout orders until your cake is here) we accepted again !!! and one of us was going with the cake that put in car, than after a few seconds the lady said that (we don't have the capacity for you and we are full!!!), this behavior of the lady made us very upset, she behaved rudely,According to my experience that we have had birthday parties in many restaurants and cafes, such a this problem has never happened. I feel that the lady behaved in a racist manner.

First time visiting Kasr Sweets. The place is spacious with plenty of seating and looked very clean. They had a variety of different Middle Eastern sweets and desserts. In terms of taste, I found their sweets certainly delicious and had a balanced sweetness. The staff was cheerful and friendly; they welcomed me once I walked in, and were very helpful when ordering. Highly recommended.
