Very poor service, I try to call five time and send email also no response very disappointed

I had a terrible experience dealing with Bhavik and his team. Had hired him for installing Pendant Lights at my place. As he was offering the service at a real competitive price, I agreed for the same. Although Bhavik never showed up and instead messaged me that someone from his team would contact me. A guy named Sehaj visited a day before the install to inspect the place where the lights were to be mounted and he assured me that they are licenced and have been handling this for long.Next day Sehaj arrived for the install, during the work I realized that he lacked experience of a professional electrician, not to mention during a casual conversation he told me that he works in corporate sales for Telstra and electrician job was part-time. He didn’t even have the courtesy of removing his shoes or cover the Breakfast bench while he climbed to drill hole on ceiling. It was all messed with his boot marks and the debris which fell from drilling. I was patient and thought I’ll clean it myself if he didn’t and just wanted the work to complete.Horror struck when in an attempt to pull the wire from the ceiling hole for downlight, the guy simply ripped the plaster board on the ceiling. Now I had lost my patience and demanded whether he had done this work before and asked to show his tradie licence. he kept saying that he is professional and licence (though never showed his licence) and that it happened by accident and he will fix this or hire a gyprocker on his expense if need be.Long story short the lights were finally installed and the guy did some basic fix by gluing the torn gyprock ceiling. He said we would need to wait for 24/48 hrs for the glue to dry after which he would come and apply putty and paint the ripped area to cover the marks. I genuinely felt he would uphold his end of the bargain and paid him in full. Since he didn’t show up after couple of days tried reaching Bhavik who won’t answer my calls nor his guy Sehaj.. Received a SMS from him that he will come the next week as he was sick agreed for the visit on last Friday evening. Still didn’t show up.Last learnt my lesson that never go for cheap service no matter how enticing the bargain may look and always check for the tradie licence prior to any job.
